TEFA and Applying to Westside Montessori School
The Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) is a Texas state-funded program that helps eligible families pay for private school tuition and other approved educational expenses.
Applying for a Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) is separate from the admissions process at Westside Montessori School. Approval for a TEFA does not guarantee admission to the school.
Families are required to complete two separate applications:
- An application for a Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) through the State of Texas
- An application for admission to Westside Montessori School
All applicants are reviewed according to Westside Montessori School’s standard admissions policies and procedures.
Please note that Westside Montessori School is an authentic Montessori educational environment with multi-age classrooms, student independence, and hands-on, self-directed learning at the core of our program. While we strive to support a wide range of learners, we are not equipped to provide specialized therapeutic or intensive support services. Our goal is to ensure that each child is placed in an environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
We encourage you to reach out to our admissions office with any questions. We’re here to help.
